Apart from the knowledge and competency in the academic and subject matters learners nowadays require to be instilled with 21st century lifelong skills. These skills are important as they embark into the future and enter the workforce. The 21st century employers require workforce with 21st century skills to face the new and uture requirements and challenges.

Prof Dr Hanafi

i-Learning is the only ICT-based educational product that is developed by the educational expert. Unlike other products, which were developed on ad-hoc basis, the development of i-Learning is spearheaded by Prof Dr Hanafi Atan of Universiti Sains Malaysia and developed in systematic way following the standard and accepted instructional design principles.
Prof Dr Hanafi is a professor in e-learning and has contributed his expertise not only in USM but also at national level. He is currently the chairman of the e-learning council of Malaysian public universities e-learning coordinator for 2014-2016.
